Are you an agronomist with hands-on expertise in varietal trials, grower support, and certification strategies? Do you want to lead regenerative agriculture programs that make a real difference on the ground?
Our client, a purpose-driven natural ingredients company, is looking for a Regenerative Agriculture & Agronomy Lead to:
◼️ Work directly with growers to test, refine, and scale sustainable practices.
◼️ Lead field trials and varietal testing to improve soil health, biodiversity, and crop performance.
◼️ Develop and implement certification and traceability strategies (Organic, RFA, UEBT) across multiple crops and regions.
◼️ Collaborate with internal teams to embed agronomy into sourcing, R&D, and sustainability strategy.
Who you are:
◼️ Agronomist by training, with hands-on field experience supporting growers.
◼️ Deep knowledge of regenerative and sustainable farming systems.
◼️ Skilled in varietal trials, certifications, and agronomic program development.
◼️ Fluent in French and English.
📍 Hybrid role based in the South of France, with regular travel across Europe.
