Barza Landscaping is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee all works related to landscape and swimming pool projects
-Plan resources in line with budget and project timelines; monitor progress and address delays
-Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of their scope
-Prepare and follow up on all material submittals
-Calculate quantities, negotiate with suppliers, and order approved materials
-Coordinate with Municipality authorities for reviews and redesign requirements
-Review shop drawings and ensure implementation in compliance with technical specifications
-Ensure projects meet health, safety, and legal standards
-Manage project budgets and maintain accurate payment records
Requirements:
-Strong experience in landscape and swimming pool project execution
-Proficient in English (Arabic is preferred)
-Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills
– CANDIDATE MUST BE RESIDING IN UAE
