Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operational management of fruit orchards or plantations. This role bridges the gap between high-level farm management and field labor, ensuring that crops are grown, maintained, and harvested efficiently to meet quality standards.
- Assigns and monitors daily duties such as soil tilling, planting, irrigation, and fertilization.
- Determines labor needs, schedules activities, trains workers in fieldwork techniques, and manages employee relations or grievances.
- Inspects fields to identify pests, diseases, and growth stages; coordinates with pest control advisors and determines optimal harvest dates.
- Supervises the repair and maintenance of farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) and manages the procurement of supplies like fertilizers and tools.
- Maintains records of production, inventory, payroll, and crop yields to assist management in future planning.
Key Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Experience: Usually demands 3–5 years of experience in agricultural production or supervisory roles.
- Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of irrigation, soil fertility, and pest management specific to fruit crops.
- Leadership: Ability to guide diverse teams in physically demanding outdoor environments.
- Software: Proficiency in farm management software and reporting tools like Excel.
Salary: AED3,000 up to 3,500 plus Food and Accommodation provided by the company

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
