Overview
Contracting & Construction Enterprises (CCE) is seeking a qualified Landscape Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh for the prestigious Diriyah Project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating landscape and hardscape works, ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor landscape and hardscape construction activities on site.
• Ensure work execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to landscape works.
• Monitor installation of hardscape elements such as paving, stone works, curbstones, pergolas, and other landscape structures.
• Supervise softscape works including planting, irrigation systems, and soil preparation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Track project progress and prepare periodic updates for project management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in landscape and hardscape works within construction projects.
• Previous experience in large-scale or high-end development projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, irrigation systems, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
