Planta Landscaping & Irrigation LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Engineer to join our team for ongoing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) projects across the UAE.
If you have experience handling luxury landscape projects and a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance services, we would like to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites
Ensure proper plant care (pruning, fertilization, pest & disease control)
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems (manual & automatic)
Supervise and allocate maintenance teams effectively
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards
Coordinate with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation
Handle complaints and emergency site issues promptly
Control material usage and site costs
Support in generating new AMC opportunities
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in landscape maintenance
Experience in handling luxury / high-end properties
Strong team management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and client-handling ability
UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
🎓 Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant maintenance practices
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
