Hiring: Head of Production (Agriculture) | Qatar 🌱
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Production to lead large scale farming and fodder production operations in Qatar This is a high impact leadership role focused on driving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across all agricultural activities.
Role Overview
Lead and manage end-to-end agricultural production operations, ensuring optimal performance, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute annual & seasonal production plans
• Oversee farming operations, crop quality, and yield optimization
• Lead and manage workforce, supervisors, and field teams
• Monitor production costs and implement efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and agricultural standards
• Deliver regular reports and strategic insights to senior management
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 15+ years of experience in agricultural production
• Strong background in managing large-scale farm operations
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Expertise in production planning, cost control, and crop management
• GCC experience is a plus
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
