🌱 Farm Manager – VeggiTech Farm
VeggiTech Farm is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Farm Manager to oversee daily agricultural operations and drive productivity across our farming activities.
📍 Location:
UAE – Sharjah
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with the Chief Agronomist on crop planning, production, and farm operations
Manage and supervise all farm activities including:
Planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop care
Workforce management, payroll, and recordkeeping
Plan sowing schedules to ensure continuous production cycles
Monitor crop health, yields, and environmental conditions (soil, water, weather)
Oversee greenhouses and open-field operations
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of farm equipment
Prepare operational and financial reports and support budgeting processes
Enforce safety standards and company policies across all farm operations
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in farm management
Strong background in commercial farming operations (highly preferred)
Solid understanding of:
Crop production and planning
Soil and water analysis
Farm budgeting and reporting
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
Ability to work closely with agronomy and technical teams
