🚨 Hiring: Technical Manager – Landscaping 🌿

Company: Planta Landscaping and Irrigation LLC
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Manager – Landscaping to join our growing team. This is a leadership role suited for professionals with strong technical expertise and proven experience in managing landscaping design and drafting teams across high-end projects in the UAE.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior & Junior Draftsmen
Oversee preparation and review of shop drawings, IFC, and as-built drawings
Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and UAE authority regulations
Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Main Contractors
Drive technical excellence, problem-solving, and value engineering initiatives
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency

🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
8–12 years of UAE landscaping experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in villa, residential & commercial landscaping projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools
In-depth knowledge of irrigation systems, softscape & hardscape works
Strong understanding of UAE regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
UAE Driving License preferred
