We are hiring: Site Agriculture Engineer in Abu Dhabi

As a Site Agriculture Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our farm operations, working closely with multidisciplinary teams at the forefront of innovative agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site engineering activities and support farm operations
• Oversee irrigation and water systems to optimize performance
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of greenhouse and climate control systems
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems maintenance across the farm
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and reporting
• Support crop production through technical and operational expertise
• Ensure safety compliance and promote best practices

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in protected agriculture environments
• Strong understanding of irrigation, greenhouse, and farm engineering systems
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
• Coordination, problem-solving, and site supervision abilities
