Hiring | Agricultural Engineer – Sales and Operations | UAE 🇦🇪
Aarya Group (Aarya Trading LLC) is looking for an Agricultural Engineer who combines technical knowledge with a strong commercial mindset. This is a hands-on role covering B2B sales and business development for cocopeat and growing media, potting soil production supervision, quality control, and shipment coordination across the UAE.
We’re looking for someone who understands the products, knows how to develop customer relationships, and is comfortable taking ownership of both sales and day-to-day operations.
A few key requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, with UAE degree equivalency mandatory; 2–3 years of relevant cocopeat or growing media sales experience; practical knowledge of soil science and potting soil formulation. Valid UAE driving licence

Salary💼 : AED 4,500–8,000 per month, depending on experience, plus uncapped sales incentives.
