OrgaAyur Landscapes & Gardening Works & Maintenance L.L.C is expanding, and we are looking for skilled, field-oriented professionals to join our growing team in the UAE.
🔹 Open Positions
1️⃣ Agriculture Engineer
📌 Specialization:
• Hydroponics systems
• Soil-based vegetable farming
• Nutrient management & crop planning
📌 Experience: Minimum 3 years (practical experience mandatory)
📌 Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Areas:
• Hydroponic and soil farming crop management
• Pest & disease identification, control measures, and application
• Knowledge of plant growth medicines, nutrients, bio-fertilizers, and crop protection products
• Understanding of plant physiology, deficiencies, and corrective actions
• On-site supervision, maintenance planning, and client coordination
2️⃣ Landscape Engineer
📌 Specialization:
• Landscape execution & maintenance
• Softscape planning and plant management
📌 Experience: Minimum 3 years
📌 Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Areas:
• Landscape site execution and supervision
• Pest and disease management for ornamental and edible plants
• Knowledge of fertilizers, plant growth enhancers, and pesticides
• Irrigation systems, pruning schedules, and plant health management
• Client interaction and reporting
✅ Mandatory Requirements (for both roles)
• Relevant degree in Agriculture / Landscape Engineering
• Strong practical field knowledge with the ability to demonstrate expertise
• Experience in site execution, maintenance, and problem-solving
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
