Job Announcement – Landscape Engineer
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Requirement: Candidate must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Engineer to manage and supervise all landscape works on site, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and turf installation, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of landscape experience within Saudi Arabia
Valid and active accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
Strong site supervision experience and ability to manage manpower and subcontractors
Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings
Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying for landscape works, including:
BOQ review and verification
Quantity take-off
Checking executed quantities on site
Supporting cost control and variation evaluation
Solid understanding of irrigation systems, planting works, hardscape materials, and outdoor finishes
Ability to coordinate with Civil, Architectural, and MEP teams
Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and progress reports
Good command of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Full supervision of landscape works on site
Monitor softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and turf execution
Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications
Verify quantities and site measurements before submission
Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor activities
Follow up project schedule and report progress
