Pest Control Engineer & Supervisor Job at Orient Cleaning Services, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Pest Control Engineer to lead and manage the complete pest control operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling contracts, applying for tenders, scheduling daily bookings, guiding the field team, and ensuring all services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day pest control operations.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders, quotations, and contract renewals.
• Schedule and assign jobs to the team based on workload and priority.
• Provide technical guidance and support to pest control technicians.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections, service audits, and client visits when required.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and service records.
• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE Pest Control Engineer license/approval (advantage).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pest control operations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Excellent coordination, scheduling, and team-management skills.
• Ability to prepare tenders/contracts and communicate professionally with clients.
• UAE driving license.
