Hiring – Production Engineer (Agriculture / Farm)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Engineer from the agriculture field to join our farm operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in plant production, farm management, and the ability to manage day-to-day agricultural activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage plants production activities
• Supervise irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs
• Monitor plant health and ensure optimal yield
• Manage farm labor and daily operations
• Maintain production records and prepare reports
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams
• Implement cost-effective farming techniques
• Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment and infrastructure
Requirements:
• Background in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agronomy
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in farm production or greenhouse management
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and crop management
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in field conditions
• Valid Kuwait driving license (preferred)
