About the job Job Summary The Technician Team Lead – Lakes & Landscaping is responsible for supervising lake management operations and leading field teams to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and sustainability of lake systems across assigned club locations. The role focuses on technical oversight, environmental compliance, and efficient daily workflow. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise general helpers involved in lakes management, operations, and maintenance activities. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily field operations in collaboration with the reporting supervisor to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of lake management equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of lake facilities to assess operational and maintenance needs. Monitor water quality parameters and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required. Assign tasks to team members and ensure work is completed within defined timelines at assigned club locations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and resource usage. Train and mentor general helpers on standard operating procedures and best practices. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of tools and equipment. Respond promptly to operational issues, emergencies, and environmental risks. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lake sustainability and performance. Report operational status, challenges, and progress to senior management. Requirements Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Landscaping, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lakes management, landscaping operations, irrigation systems, or similar technical field roles. Hands-on experience with pumps, aeration systems, filtration systems, and water management equipment. Knowledge of water quality monitoring and environmental safety practices. Proven ability to supervise field teams and manage daily operations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors and handle site-based operational demands. Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
