Discovery Landscape & Gardening Services is expanding its team to support our new Construction Projects in Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for experienced professionals to join us in the following positions:
1 – Project Manager
2 – Construction Manager
3 – Civil Engineer
4 – Land Surveyor
5 – Agricultural Engineer
6 – Irrigation Engineer
7 – Quantity Surveyor
8 – QA/QC Engineer
9 – Document Controller
General Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree (or Diploma where applicable) in the relevant discipline.
Proven experience in Construction and Hardscape Projects.
– Previous experience on ADM or DMT projects in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction standards, specifications, and authority requirements.
– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
UAE experience is mandatory.
Preferred Experience by Position
1 – Project Manager: 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale infrastructure, construction, or hardscape projects.
2 – Construction Manager: 7+ years of site construction management experience.
3 – Civil Engineer: 5+ years of construction/site engineering experience.
4 – Land Surveyor: 3+ years of surveying experience using Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD.
5 – Agricultural Engineer: 3+ years of experience in landscape implementation, planting, and maintenance.
6 – Irrigation Engineer: 3+ years of experience in irrigation networks, pump stations, and landscape irrigation systems.
7 – Quantity Surveyor: 3+ years of experience in quantity take-off, BOQs, cost control, and contract administration.
8 – QA/QC Engineer: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for construction projects.
9 – Document Controller: 3+ years of experience managing engineering and construction documents using document control systems.
