URGENT HIRING – HANDS-ON FARM MANAGER / NURSERY MANAGER
Salary: SAR 15,000-20,000 total package
Key Requirements
• 10-15 years total experience in farming/agriculture
• Minimum 8-10 years KSA experience specifically as a Farm Manager / Nursery Manager or similar role – REQUIRED
• Strong hands-on farming experience is essential – field-based, practical involvement in daily farm operations
• Must have experience independently managing crops, irrigation, livestock and/or nursery operations
• Proven experience managing 20-30+ farm workers/team members
• Strong experience in farm production, irrigation, greenhouse operations, pest control and agricultural activities
• Private farm/nursery experience highly preferred
• Agriculture Degree preferred
• Arabic nationality preferred; fluent Arabic preferred
• Transferable Iqama required
• Immediate joiners preferred
A Important: We are looking for a practical, field-oriented Farm Manager, not an office/administration-only manager.
Candidates must have prior responsibility for overall farm operations and hands-on agricultural activities.
X Candidates with only landscaping, gardening, irrigation engineering or general agriculture experience without Farm/ Nursery Manager-level operational experience will not be considered.
8 hours/day | 6 days/week
