Phoenix Global Recruitment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Agricultural Engineer for a leading agricultural farm in Wafra, Kuwait.

👨‍🌾 POSITION: AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER

📍 Location: Wafra, Kuwait
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience
💰 Salary: KWD 450 – 650 per month
(Depending on experience and qualifications)

🌱 FARM PROFILE

The farm has:
🌴 12,000+ Palm Trees
🫒 700+ Olive Trees
🍊 Various Fruit Trees
🥬 Greenhouses for Vegetable Cultivation

📋 EMPLOYMENT TERMS

• Probation: 3 months from the date of joining
• Contract: 2 years, renewable
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
• Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave per annum
• Air Ticket: Round-trip economy-class ticket from Kuwait to the nearest international airport to the employee’s hometown, upon completion of the 2-year contract
• Other terms and conditions will be as per Kuwait Labour Law
