This is a full-time, on-site role for a Greenhouse Supervisor located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Greenhouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day greenhouse operations, including managing planting schedules, ensuring proper maintenance of plant health, and monitoring the growth of crops. They will lead and support a team in carrying out agricultural activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to improve productivity and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively lead a team in agricultural or greenhouse operations
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments
- Practical expertise in Greenhouse management, Plantings, and caring for plants
- Knowledge of Agriculture practices and cultivation techniques
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental compliance relevant to agriculture
- Relevant degree or certification in Agriculture or Environmental Science is a plus
