At EFS Facilities Services KSA (EFSIM), we are looking for an experienced and passionate Landscape Manager to lead and elevate our landscape operations across prestigious large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia.
This is a critical role focused on delivering world‑class turf quality, landscape aesthetics, and sustainable grounds management across iconic sports, leisure, and premium estate environments.
Role Overview
The Landscape Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing end-to-end landscape operations across high‑profile assets, including stadiums, golf estates, sports turf, and large-scale green infrastructure projects. The role demands strong technical expertise combined with hands-on operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landscape maintenance and enhancement programs across stadiums, golf estates, and premium landscape assets
- Oversee turf health, soil management, irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest control programs
- Develop seasonal landscape plans, maintenance schedules, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage large multicultural landscaping teams, supervisors, and specialist contractors
- Ensure international standards in sports turf quality, landscape aesthetics, and asset preservation
- Monitor budgets, resources, machinery, and consumables to drive operational efficiency
- Implement best practices in water conservation, environmental compliance, and smart irrigation technologies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, agronomists, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Drive health, safety, and compliance standards across all landscaping operations
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans for senior management
What We’re Looking For
- 7-8 years of experience in landscape and turf management, with at least 2 years in Managerial role
- Proven experience managing landscaping for stadiums, golf estates, sports turf, or premium hospitality developments
- Strong technical expertise in turfgrass management, irrigation systems, horticulture, and grounds maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to lead large frontline teams across multi-site operations
- GCC or international exposure is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and operational problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Landscape Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Professional certifications in turf or landscape management will be an added advantage
