Job Summary:
Experienced Landscaping Site Supervisor with hands-on expertise in landscaping site execution, irrigation systems, softscape and hardscape works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities across planting, turfing, paving, irrigation, fencing and soft/hard landscaping.
- Plan and organise labour, plant and materials; allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
- Monitor plant, equipment and materials; ensure safe storage, handling and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress photos, labour/plant registers, deliveries and snag lists.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising landscaping or grounds maintenance projects.
Desirable
- Knowledge of planting specification, soil preparation and aftercare best practice.
- Experience with irrigation design/installation, paving and fencing systems.
