Job Description:
Mustadama Farm is seeking an experienced Pack House Manager to manage and optimize pack house operations for fresh fruits and vegetables. The role focuses on quality control, efficient packing operations, cold chain management, and team leadership while maintaining high food safety and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pack house operations including receiving, sorting, grading, packing, storage, and dispatch
Ensure high-quality standards and minimize post-harvest losses
Maintain cold chain, hygiene, and food safety compliance (HACCP / GlobalG.A.P.)
Supervise pack house staff and labor teams, ensuring productivity and discipline
Coordinate with farm production, quality, sales, and logistics teams
Monitor inventory, packaging materials, and finished goods
Prepare daily and monthly reports on production, wastage, and efficiency
Implement SOPs and continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in fresh produce pack house operations
Strong knowledge of post-harvest handling of fruits and vegetables
Experience with cold rooms, grading lines, and packing standards
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
UAE/GCC experience preferred
