📢 We’re Hiring: Project Manager for urban farming project – Gardening, Landscaping & Smart Agriculture
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Agricultural Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will combine strong agricultural and landscaping expertise with excellent project, operations, and team-management skills.
🌱 Key Requirements
– Proven UAE experience in gardening, landscaping, or agricultural projects.
– Strong practical knowledge of vegetable production in open-field systems.
– Experience with hydroponic farming systems.
– Ability to plan and supervise projects from site assessment and preparation through implementation, planting, maintenance, and handover.
– Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary and multitasking teams, including supervisors, technicians, gardeners, and workers.
– Good knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools for managing operations, inventory, procurement, scheduling, costs, and project progress.
– Knowledge or practical experience with AI and IoT technologies, particularly their applications in smart agriculture, irrigation, environmental monitoring, sensors, automation, and farm management, is highly preferable.
– Strong understanding of resource planning, budgeting, procurement, and project scheduling.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and cost control.
– Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
– UAE driving licence is preferred.
